One cost that you may need to consider when developing a new phone app is the money needed for graphic designers/animators which will make the game more successful and expand the time of the project as it will take time to look for people to hire. Another cost is the cost of the equipment to make the game which can not be successful without.

2. Identify one act of legislation that is applicable to the creation of a new national newspaper and explain what impact it has (3)

One act of legislation that is applicable to the creation of a new national newspaper is the copyright, designs and patents act. The way it impacts it is to make sure there is prosidures in place to make sure journalists don't copy other peoples work. 

3. Explain why you were required to sign this form for intellectual property rights of work.

I would sign this document to give over my rights to the organisation as the intellectual property rights belong to me before working in an organisation and therefore would need to give intellectual property rights over to the organisation.

4. Identify one type of revenue stream that you could consider to make a website profitable and explain why this might be an effective method. (3)

One type of revenue stream is crowdfunding, this makes the website more profitable as it allows for the budget to be widened equalling in a larger budget overall. This will make the website more profitable as a larger budget allows for a more intricate website.

5. Identify two ethical issues that you would need to consider before your team develops ideas for a documentary on refugees. Explain how these will impact on the project.

One ethical issue you would have to consider, is having a true documentary as any untrue information could be slander. Due to this all facts should be checked before development of the script: if any information is untrue it is to be removed.

A second issue, is that many employees/ personnel may be affected personally by the refugees and ao you would have to consider if the language of others may upset them and may become discriminatory/racist towards anyone affected. Therefore, you would have to carry out background checks of all individuals beforehand to make sure nobody will become upset.

6. Identify one regulatory body which could provide guidance with regard to creating a new advert for a children's charity. Explain your choice.
