StoryBoard 
- Visual plan, used in pre production of a video based 
- Designed to be the most detailed, visual plan for a video production 
- Consists of illustrations and annotations 
- Anntations cover all technical aspects - camera, editing, lighting, sound , graphics 
- Illustrations are detailed representationns of what the viewer will see
- Also included duratiion, timings for each slot
- Most important working document on video set 

Script/ Screnplay 
- Produced by script/ script writer, breaking down overall idea into film-able, scene by scene structure. 
- Used by a production team to plan shots as it contains key camera language 
- Also used by actors to develop performances, as i included their dialogue nd details on expression 
- Action is written in present tense 
- Dialogue is written as the character would deliver 
- Slug lines in scripts also include: weather scene is interior or exterior, location, times 

Shooting script 
- Development of script/screenplay - is dependant on its completion
- Used in video production 
- Accompanies in the storyboard in allowing the production team to structure their finding 
- Is perhaps more technically 
- is perhaps more technically detailed than a storyboard, but less artistic
- included details on:
- scene numbers
- camera angles
- shot types
- sound
