Project Management Tools

A number of tools that can be used to manage a product which allow these tasks and resources to be allocated and monitored efficiently 

1)Project management software: 

Task allocation: project broken down into varied tasks - allocated to specific people working on project 

Scheduling: After tasks have been created, the whole project can be scheduled with specific time frames 

Resource allocation:Allows resources to be allocated for specific tasks

2)Spreadsheets

3) Production schedule: Timetable that allocates resources and processes to a project 

Logistics 

Requirements of project need to be analysed and then resources need to get allocated to the task when they are needed.
