DAILY PLANNER/CALL SHEET
- Used each day on production
- Ensures everyone on set knows what goals of day are
- Helpful because it clarifies goals for day in one, simple sheet which can be circulated amongst everyone
FORMS
- These are used to gain permission for a variety of resources
- Besides the ones listed below, there may also be a clearances form
- Known as release forms as individual releases their claim over their likeness
INDIVIDUAL RELEASE FORM: For individuals working on a project, to sign over the rights to their work and/or intellectual property. Often in employment contract.
CONSENT FORM: For all people who appear in production - be they acts employed for the project or members of the public who are perhaps in the background but with a visible face of audible voice - under 18s
LOCATION FORM: All locations used in the film a form must be completed to not only grant access but also to appear on camera. Some buildings are subject to copyright law, which makes this form even more important.
- Project mangement: Role of ensuring all aspects of a given production run smoothly by overseeing a number of people/ departments
- Project manager: ensures all deadlines are met and brief is followed by leasing with others and holding them to account
- Project management is effective planning and running of a project
- Planning requires outline of task,deadlines, contingencies (back up plan) and milestones that will required to manage the project efficiently.

- Bar chart - each bar marks start and end of each task and activity.
- Each bar represents each stage of production
- Gant chart can determine if there are any dependencies.
Provide:

- Duration of each event of project
-Where tasks overlap with others and by how much
- The start and end of the entire project
